Faxmyway prohibits the use of its services to post or distribute illegal, pornographic, or indecent material. Faxmyway does not provide any marketing lists but does offer various list management services, such as duplicate elimination. The client is solely responsible for any content and any list(s) used.

Faxmyway maintains an opt-out service so recipients can choose to not receive future transmissions.

The use of Faxmyway Services may be subject to various Indian, state or provincial regulations.
